  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
  • Honey (to taste)
  • 1 Packet of Yerba Boost - Yerba Mate
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Toppings (optional): Sliced Fruit, Cinnamon, Granola

Mix all ingredients together in a jar and let sit in the fridge overnight. Top with fruit or granola- ENJOY!
